1. Discovery & scope (1–2 weeks)

2. Design & architecture (1–3 weeks)

3. Agile build & test (2-week sprints)

4. Launch & scale
We handle App Store and Google Play submission, production deployment, monitoring and documentation, then hand over source code and credentials — you own everything. Most clients continue with a maintenance retainer or a dedicated team for new features.
